BMS are now working with them to help them identify a new Sales Development Representative to train and develop.

What are my responsibilities as an SDR?

Based in Brighton, as an SDR you’ll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through a mix of inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to identify their needs and align them with business solutions.

You will be representing their passenger communications platform predominantly to airlines with a view to arranging a meeting for a more experienced sales team member to sit. The aim is to book 12-15 meetings per month and there will be the opportunity to shadow these meetings to gain experience. They are looking for an ambitious graduate with the appetite to move into a fully closing sales role.
