As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in booking appointments for our fleet specialists by generating leads through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and enjoy building relationships over the phone.

Your main responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and initiating meaningful connections with potential clients, and engaging in persuasive communication to promote our fleet management products and services to book appointments.

Requirements

For the Sales Development Representative role, you should:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Understand potential clients' needs to provide relevant information about our services.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to communicate value effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed call and appointment targets.
  • Use CRM software to track activity and update client information.
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently.
