You'll be joining a well-established distributor of cabling solutions to the telecom, security and network cabling markets. Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will be:

• Learning the full scope of the business through commercial and product training
• Supporting the sales team to deliver professional service to a diverse range of clients
• Taking ownership of projects with real responsibility from day one
• Developing close working relationships with suppliers
• Promoting product and brand awareness to installers, system integrators and end users

Requirements

• A recent graduate (or equivalent) preferably in electronic/electrical engineering, computing, or a business related field (HNC/HND also considered)
• Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
• Resilient, proactive and keen to succeed in a sales environment
• A collaborative team player who's eager to learn and grow
• Must be based locally to Crawley
