Selling a wide range of electrical products sourced from leading manufacturers, you’ll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful.

The business you’ll be joining is the UK’s leading distributor of branded electrical equipment to trade and industry. Role Responsibilities

Joining this business as a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:

• Immerse yourself in an intensive training period and gain insight into how the business operates from the ground up
• Receive product, skills and industry sales training both in-house and with external training providers
• Complete a fully funded, professional sales qualification that covers customer understanding, product knowledge, market and competitor insight, rapport building, negotiation, presentation skills, business development and more
• Work closely with an experienced senior manager mentor
• Quickly progress to a key customer-facing sales role which includes a salary increase and company car
• Build relationships with B2B customers in your local area
• Manage key customer accounts and your own diary

The package for this graduate sales role includes:

• A starting salary of £26,000 – £27,000
