The Role

As a Client Success Executive, you'll build relationships with current customers and introduce new service lines.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Outreach: Contact current customers mainly via phone and email.
  • Building Relationships: Be the face of the business, creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Research: Conduct background research into businesses before reaching out.
  • Becoming an Expert: Keep up-to-date with new products and releases to maintain credibility.
