Job Description:

A leading international recruitment agency that specialises in business support roles, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Finance Services, and Professional Services.

Graduate Training Programme

You will spend the first 3 months in a rotational role within the business, learning how it operates:

  • Starting as an Ops Coordinator, responding to inbound enquiries
  • Involvement in various business projects, including data analysis and updating policies
  • Bi-weekly presentations to the CEO on your findings and progress
  • Building a business plan to progress into a recruitment consultant role

After 3 months, you will develop a business plan to join the recruitment team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment including business development, sourcing candidates, and closing deals.

Training and Progression

Mentored by the CEO with 50 years of experience, learning the business before moving into recruitment. Progression includes moving from trainee to team leader to divisional leader in years, or setting up your own recruitment agency with financial backing.

Salary

Starting at £27K, with increases as you progress.
