Job summary

Airbus is recruiting for the AGGP2027 Graduate RF Test System Engineer programme commencing September 2027 in the United Kingdom. You will enter a two-year, rotational development journey designed to build your leadership, technical skills, and business acumen within a global aerospace leader.

You will contribute to RF test system design, integration, and validation, gaining experience with Keysight measurement systems and test cycles while developing into a dedicated RF Test System Engineer.

Qualifications

• Degree in RF/electronic engineering or closely related field.
• Focus on RF, radio systems, electromagnetics, or communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, integration, and validation of RF test system solutions meeting campaign requirements.
• Support full lifecycle of test solution development with project reviews, documentation, and status reporting.
• Gain proficiency operating specialized test equipment including Keysight measurement systems for network and spectrum analysis, frequency generation, and modulation.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end Test System Development Cycle and quality processes.
• Acquire hands-on experience with RF hardware like amplifiers and converters and interpret test requirements.
• Engage in rotational placement within Test Operations or Systems Integration to broaden experience.
• Develop into RF Test System Engineer after two-year programme.
