Job summary

Graduate Career Solutions is seeking a motivated graduate to join the Manufacturing team, supporting the assembly, testing and repair of high-reliability electronic products.

You will assemble and test electronic and RF products, perform mechanical assembly and PCB soldering, and maintain accurate production documentation. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, collaboration with Engineering and Production teams, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach required.
• Hands-on engineering enthusiasm and practical aptitude expected.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic and RF products following drawings and procedures.
• Carry out mechanical assembly, PCB soldering and manufacturing processes to quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and test records accurately.
• Support fault finding and repair on production units and returned products.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, ESD and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to meet delivery targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including 5S and process improvements.
