Job summary

Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is seeking a Graduate / Junior Revit MEP Technician to join its outsourcing CAD and BIM services team. The role focuses on developing detailed MEP models and coordinating services for commercial projects under the guidance of experienced BIM professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience with Revit MEP, BIM workflows and building services design principles while contributing to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Genuine interest in building services design, BIM and digital engineering.
• Willingness to learn Revit MEP and develop practical modelling and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must currently be based in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the production and development of Revit MEP models for mechanical, electrical and public health services.
• Supporting the preparation of coordinated building services drawings and layouts.
• Working alongside engineers, designers and BIM coordinators to ensure accurate and efficient model delivery.
• Assisting with the coordination of MEP services to identify and resolve potential clashes.
• Developing an understanding of building services design principles, technical standards and BIM workflows.
• Supporting the review and updating of drawings and models in line with project requirements.
• Learning to use industry-standard software and developing your technical capability through on-the-job training and mentoring.
