• Immersing yourself into your client’s businesses and really learning what their values/ethos is
• Researching the financial markets and presenting your findings back
• Mapping the candidate market and creating a shortlist for your clients
• Interviewing candidates and really learning to understand what they want
• Working closely with the consultants in the business
