Recruitment Resourcer (Legal Sector) – Manchester City Centre

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (Mon & Fri WFH, 3 office days)

We're a leading legal recruitment agency with over 22 years of expertise in the sector, and we're expanding our Manchester-based team. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive environment — many of your colleagues are ex-lawyers turned recruiters who will mentor and support you as you grow into a high-performing Recruitment Resourcer.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging legal professionals for active vacancies. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and sourcing high-calibre legal candidates using our specialist recruitment platform and wider tools.
  • Engaging with candidates via phone and email to discuss career opportunities, build rapport, and assess suitability.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records accurately and confidentially.
  • Supporting consultants in meeting team targets and placement goals.
  • Responding quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic market environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A law degree (minimum 2:1) or strong knowledge of the legal sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong research and data-handling skills; confident using IT tools and platforms.
  • Organised, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed in a target-driven setting.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £26,000 – £28,000, depending on experience

  • Hybrid working: Monday & Friday from home, 3 core office days in Manchester (non-negotiable)
