About the Role: Our business is growing rapidly, and we are recruiting several Associates (graduate or second job level) across our teams in London to start with us in January 2025.

Associates play a vital role in providing a world-class service to our candidates and clients across all markets we operate in.

They undergo a robust onboarding and development program to ensure they are well-equipped to work collaboratively and develop a successful long-term career in recruitment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with and cultivate a candidate network, developing your personal brand and reputation.
  2. Support colleagues with project execution mandated by clients, taking ownership at critical stages.
  3. Identify, approach, and engage candidates for specific requirements using research tools and methodologies.
  4. Stay updated on market trends and developments.
  5. Update team members appropriately.
  6. Develop and execute talent attraction strategies.
  7. Build and develop your career in recruitment with training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A recent graduate with a strong academic record or some delivery experience.
  • Professional approach, self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Desire to build a career in a sales-led environment, with some industry knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
