What you'll do

This is a dynamic recruitment coordinator role offering variety and growth opportunities. You should enjoy fast-paced environments, organizing tasks, and managing processes from start to finish. Typical duties include:

  • Supporting the London recruitment team with logistics of the recruitment process
  • Liaising with external recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires
  • Supporting candidate sourcing and reviewing CVs occasionally
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Who you are

To succeed, you should have experience in a similar recruitment coordination role, be an efficient organizer, and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong academic achievements, degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment
