Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is a prestigious international law firm with a long-standing presence in London. Known for its deep expertise in finance, energy, infrastructure, and restructuring, the firm advises on some of the most complex and high-profile matters across Europe and globally.

Its London office is home to a large team of lawyers and continues to grow, reflecting the firm's commitment to investing in top-tier talent and expanding its European footprint.

The Role

In your new role as a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential administration support to all activities by the Graduate Recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising all administration in relation to campus-based and in-house recruitment activities.
  • Maintenance of the online/social media Graduate Recruitment presence.
  • Handling and processing of candidate applications and monitoring them through each stage of the selection process.
  • Working with the HR team to manage the onboarding process for attendees on the annual Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes.
  • Responding to graduate recruitment related queries.
  • Supporting the HR team with new joiner onboarding processes.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • At least one full graduate recruitment cycle gained within a legal environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
