Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and candidates within your specialist market.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through to offer acceptance.
• Use LinkedIn, networking, business development and headhunting techniques to source top talent.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive client outreach.
• Become a market expert within your niche sector.
• Negotiating offers and guiding candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Build and manage your own recruitment desk with the support of experienced leaders.
