You will recruit and place candidates for major accounts, acting as a partner of choice for clients while building a strong candidate network across financial services, digital, and public sector roles.

• Degree educated or 1 year sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Source Candidates for client teams using a variety of recruitment techniques.
• Act as Brand Champion and influence Clients and Candidates to see Gravitas as the 'Recruitment Partner of Choice'
• Network, develop business and meet finance, digital and public sector professionals.
• Training will be provided to ensure you perform at your best.
• Build a database of Clients and Candidates for the short, medium and long term and contribute to a high-performance sales culture and KPI achievement.
