You will work alongside a successful team of Recruitment Consultants and be responsible for:

1. Supporting Teachers and Teaching Assistants in finding suitable jobs
2. Developing relationships with schools to understand their plans, work environment, and culture
3. Identifying new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, social media, and market knowledge
4. Advertising roles and qualifying CVs
5. Presenting suitable CVs with a consultative approach
6. CV searching and registrations
