Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Teaching Sector

Prospero Group is excited to expand its Education Team in London by adding a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

With 15 offices worldwide and over 200 specialists, we are experiencing rapid growth and seek talented individuals—from trainee consultants to seasoned leaders—to join our recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Teachers and Teaching Assistants in finding suitable roles.
2. Building relationships with schools to understand their needs, environment, and culture.
3. Identifying new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, social media, and market knowledge.
4. Advertising roles and screening CVs.
5. Presenting suitable candidates and adopting a consultative approach.
6. Conducting CV searches and registrations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Driven, motivated, and eager to succeed with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in a similar role, B2B sales, or education is desirable but not essential.
• Proven track record in work, education, or sport demonstrating a hardworking and committed mindset.
