You will manage end-to-end recruitment from posting roles to placing candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications to ensure a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates within a heavily regulated industry.
• Understanding of hiring dynamics and compliance requirements.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to lead generation and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems for managing both clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients requiring permanent staff.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques, including social media management, to attract potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of contractor regulations and right-to-work requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach efforts.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
• Achieve performance targets and ensure high client satisfaction through reliable and fast interim delivery.
