Job summary

Maju Advisory in London invites graduates to begin a career in executive search within the quantitative trading and technology space. You will identify, engage and place traders, researchers, developers and data scientists, working directly with a Principal/Partner and learning a research-led approach to market mapping and client management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting executive search mandates for hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and investment banks.
• Researching and mapping talent across Quantitative Trading, Quant Research, Front Office Technology and Data Science/Analytics.
• Building direct relationships with candidates and assisting with client hiring build-outs across Europe, the US and Asia.

The Opportunity

This is a graduate opportunity to build a career in executive search, identifying, engaging and placing the quantitative traders, researchers, developers and data scientists that leading hedge funds and financial institutions depend on. You’ll work directly with a Principal/Partner, learning a research-led search methodology covering market mapping, talent identification and client relationship management within one of the most commercially rewarding niches in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting executive search mandates for the firm’s existing client base of hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and investment banks
• Researching and mapping talent across Quantitative Trading, Quant Research & Development, Front Office Technology and Data Science/Analytics
