You will undergo a structured training programme, learn recruitment from the ground up and work towards a career where progression and earnings are in your hands. You’ll be joining an Exeter-based firm with UK and international reach in Events, Sales, Marketing and more.

Responsibilities

• Join a structured training programme to learn recruitment from the ground up.
• Find and headhunt great candidates.
• Interview and qualify candidates.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Develop accounts and win new business.
• Run client meetings.
