The Role:

They are looking for dynamic graduates with fluent Cantonese/Mandarin language skills and a passion for sports and a keen eye for talent to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, leveraging your sporting background to understand the qualities that make a standout candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

1. Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
2. Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
3. Review CVs and applications to shortlist candidates.
4. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Building Relationships:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable roles.
2. Foster long-term connections with potential talent through networking and regular follow-ups.
3. Work closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
4. Provide support throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and gathering feedback.

Market Research:

1. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the job market that complement your client network.
2. Conduct market mapping to identify key talent within specific sectors.

Requirements:

1. University graduate with a degree in any discipline (Graduated 2023 onwards).
2. Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Driven and motivated by results, money, and the desire to work hard to master your craft.
5. Highly personable and appreciative of a diverse working environment.
6. Willingness to travel occasionally across multiple locations.
7. Have a thirst for learning and teaching/coaching.
8. An interest in Financial Markets, Technology & Trading.
