SALARY: £27-30K basic (OTE £45K year 1, £75K year 2, £90K+ year 3)

THE ROLE:

• Building relationships with both candidates and clients, understanding their needs and finding the right fit.
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting, referrals, advertising and networking events.
• Sourcing clients through cold calling.
• Preparing candidates for interviews.
• Receiving and delivering feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Making deals and earning commission!
