Graduates in this business will earn close to 6 figures after 3 years.

• Smart: You don't have to have a degree, but you must have proven success in either a previous role or academia.
• Hard-working: Hours are 8 - 6 Monday through Thursday, with a slightly shorter day on Fridays; working in a startup often means these days can be longer.
