The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source and engage with top technology professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their needs and career goals.
• Manage the recruitment process from screening and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technology sector and stay up to date with market trends.
• Work towards targets and KPIs, unlocking high earnings and rapid career progression.
