What You'll Be Doing

1. Identify, approach, and interview top candidates
2. Manage client relationships and match talent to business needs
3. Own the entire recruitment process, end-to-end
4. Generate new business through calls, networking, and relationship building
5. Smash targets and reap the rewards of uncapped commission
6. Become a market expert and advisor for clients and candidates
