Role and Responsibilities

• Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
• Develop new business with target clients in your market
• Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish
• Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
• Maintain long-term client relationships with some of the best firms out there
