What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn to manage your own clients and candidates from day one:

• Speak to graduates and professionals to match them to the right roles
• Write job adverts that attract high-quality applicants
• Prepare candidates for interviews and help clients make the right hires
• Build your own client portfolio and develop relationships with decision-makers
• Hit clear weekly targets and earn commission from every deal you close
• Learn how to run a recruitment desk like a business owner

What You’ll Get

• Base salary between £27K-£35K depending on experience
• Uncapped commission - earn £80K+ in Year 1, with top performers earning £150K+ in Year 2
