Trainee Recruitment Consultant Vacancy - Based in London - Uncapped commission

Salary: £26,775 (dependent on experience + lucrative uncapped commission structure)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Hybrid: After your initial training period, you can choose to take advantage of our hybrid working policy.

Your new role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

1. Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships, build and nurture relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
2. Candidate Engagement: Find and engage top talent through effective engagement strategies. Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Skillful Negotiation: Create win-win situations for clients and candidates by negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency. Collaborate within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
5. Leadership Partner Expertise: Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
