We are looking for Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Resourcers, ideally with experience in IT & Technology recruitment, customer service, or sales.

Working in delivery is exciting, fast-paced, challenging, and sometimes like riding a roller coaster. You will need:

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic

Join our well-established team and have the opportunity to recruit for our existing clients, including some of the biggest brands in the Yorkshire & UK technology market! We provide full support and a passionate working environment with like-minded individuals.

The role is varied; no two days are the same! It is primarily candidate-focused, involving sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking, interviewing, making job offers, handling rejections, and more. You will also build relationships with clients, attend meetings, explore opportunities, and negotiate terms of engagement.
