1. Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels.
3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
5. Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A degree in any discipline.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Motivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment.
