Job Description:

We are looking for Delivery Consultants or Recruitment Resourcer’s, ideally with experience of working within IT & Technology recruitment, customer service, or sales.

Working in delivery isn’t for the faint hearted, it’s exciting, fast paced, challenging, and at times is like riding a roller coaster. You will need:

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a work ethic that’s second to none
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship builder/ Networking abilities
• Comfortable with Social Media Branding (LinkedIn)
• Strong attention to detail

There are exciting opportunities to join our well-established team, where you will have the opportunity to recruit for our existing clients. This includes some of the biggest brands in the Yorkshire & UK technology market! The role is varied and no two days are the same! The role is mostly candidate focussed and includes sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking, interviewing candidates for suitability, making job offers and handling rejections, plus more! You will also be expected to build relationships with existing and future clients, attend client meetings to explore opportunities and negotiate terms of engagement.
