What youll be doing

• Effectively plan daily/weekly actions & initiatives to meet and exceed targets
• Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle of all your active roles
• Search and network in industry, to ensure you maintain a hotlist of the best candidates available in your market
• Manage client relationships, building trust and gaining client commitment through regular contact
• Engage clients to understand their needs, consulting and selling the most appropriate solutions

Skills & Experience
No previous experience in recruitment is required for the role, however, were looking for someone sales minded, with the hunger and drive to make placements, alongside the following essential qualities:

• Resilient, with a great work ethic to see tasks through to completion
• Experience in sales or a competitive environment
• Money-motivated and results orientated
• Commercially aware, perceptive and analytical in your approach
• Team player, ready to get involved in all areas of the business
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven
