The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Winning new clients through business development
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, and networking
• Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
• Preparing candidates for interviews with your clients
• Managing the interview process between client and candidate
• Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
• Closing placements and earning commission!
