Oakleaf is partnered with an established and highly respected client within asset management. They are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to support their team through the busy graduate recruitment cycle. This is a short-term contract role running until January, ideal for someone with previous experience in graduate recruitment looking to contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen high volumes of applications for intern and analyst programmes, including video submissions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Review aptitude and psychometric assessments in accordance with company criteria.
  • Coordinate and help organise assessment centres, including preparing materials, sourcing assessors, and briefing candidates for both assessment centres and final-round interviews.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support across the full recruitment process.
  • Liaise with HR team members and other internal stakeholders as required.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing full graduate recruitment cycles, including video application screening.
  • Background in Financial or Professional Services is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with both senior stakeholders and students.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
