What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead on market mapping, research, and proactive talent identification for senior hires

• Build credibility with passive candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the search process
• Prepare detailed talent insights and documentation for client-facing presentations
• Support multi-hire project delivery and executive search mandates end-to-end
