Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting in Staines is seeking a Graduate Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional, where you will build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, write engaging job adverts, and contribute to diversity and inclusive hiring within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (any discipline welcome) or up to 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain excellent communication with candidates.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and keep candidate records up to date.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Support talent pipeline building for specialist digital and tech roles.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings.
• Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach activities.
• Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives and help ensure fair hiring practices.
• Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
