Levin, one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech recruitment firms, invites recent graduates to join its London team on a full-time graduate academy. Start date 12th January 2026, office-based near Liverpool Street.

You will receive hands-on training, clear progression, and a high-reward environment with uncapped commission. No prior recruitment experience is needed; the program builds client development, candidate sourcing, and relationship management skills.

• Recent graduates or current students expected to graduate in 2023–2026.

• Client Consulting: Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets, and growth plans
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Process Management: Guide both clients and candidates through the full interview process
• Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage the full recruitment process, including:

• Business Development: Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies
• Client Consulting: Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets, and growth plans
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Process Management: Guide both clients and candidates through the full interview process
• Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships

This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career progression. No prior recruitment experience is needed! We provide a structured induction program and a tailored Learning & Development syllabus, along with a commitment to ongoing training opportunities at each promotional level. You’ll play a key role in shaping Levin’s growth and culture.
