Our exciting opening

We are looking for Graduate Engineers to join our Engineering teams to support the growth of the department while gaining experience of the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective delivery to the end user.

You will be required to coordinate and execute testing of multivendor Radio node solutions in the Customer RAN Test Lab, plan test deliveries during the test execution phase, and be responsible for the build and integration of Multivendor RAN elements into the test plan and its maintenance (HW and SW configuration) until the end of the test bed project.

We work in a semi-autonomous manner, assigning various work tasks among the team based on knowledge and business priority.

You will
  • Define multivendor Test Strategies for new major software releases and hardware introductions, and deliver Test Reports & Test Exit Reports for final delivery.
  • Develop strategies for automated testing, produce test plans for all Radio test deliveries, and collaborate closely with customers to agree on test scope and plans.
  • Prepare and run multivendor test activities daily, monitor progress, and mitigate risks affecting testing.
  • Follow up on high-priority issues from test phases, seek early resolutions, perform impact analysis, and plan design updates.
  • Support Test Bed activities, ensure network elements are on the correct baseline, participate in customer meetings, and drive testing interfaces to RAN design.
  • Perform parameter audits of RAN elements in the lab and develop scripts for automated test case execution.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot issues within the Test Lab, developing technical expertise across all RAN areas.
  • Identify and drive improvements in RAN Testing, including automation opportunities.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Recent graduation or a degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar technical subject.
  • A dedication to knowledge sharing and cross-skilling, with a drive for learning.
  • An evidence-based approach to problem-solving, data collation, and demonstrating efficient solutions.
  • Strong analytical, research, and applied expertise skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
