Job summary

Willmott Dixon's Wales & West graduate programme offers hands-on experience on Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire projects. You’ll learn to manage costs on site, prepare tender and contract documents, weigh commercial risks, and procure supply chains while earning and studying for a relevant qualification.

The 2–3 year programme includes rotations through site management, quantity surveying, design, preconstruction and more, with real responsibility, buddy support from day one, and

Qualifications

Right to work in the UK.
Valid driver's license.
Degree qualified by September 2027 in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a finance-related subject.
Desirable: exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).

Responsibilities

Manage project costs on site and assist with tender and contract documents.
Weigh up commercial risks and procure the best supply chain.
Manage payments for completed work.
Support delivery on live projects and contribute to rotations across functions.
