Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveying graduate to work within our cost management team, providing construction cost management services to clients in the UK, Ireland, and beyond. AECOM offers Cost Management services across various sectors including commercial, manufacturing, education, health, residential, leisure, and infrastructure projects.

Graduates will work on local and international projects, involved in all stages from project definition and cost planning to procurement, construction, and use. Responsibilities include working with clients and designers, taking on responsibilities both independently and as part of a team, with support for professional development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Contract: Cost modelling, benchmarking, value and risk analysis, attending design meetings, procurement, contract documentation.
  • Post Contract: Site progress meetings, valuations, financial reporting, due diligence, change management.

Graduates will assist in all tasks, gaining comprehensive project experience from inception to completion.

Qualifications:
