Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) by September 2027.
• Full UK driving licence or eligibility to live/work in the UK by September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial administration, reporting and cost control on projects.
• Support the procurement of subcontractors and preparation of bid documents.
• Assist in change management and monthly payment applications.
• Maintain site records and cost-to-complete data.
