Quantity Surveyor - Residential Groundworks

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance & Standard Benefits

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Environment: Two-thirds office-based in Redditch, one-third site-based (sites within a 1.5-hour radius of Redditch)

About the Role:

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the West Midlands and will involve work within Residential groundworks Projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all commercial aspects of residential development plots.
2. Ensure financial performance of live house building projects.
3. Provide accurate cost estimates and financial reports.
4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within residential groundworks.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
