We are looking for a Graduate Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure Services business, who deliver critical resilient infrastructure that improves daily life by partnering with our clients to achieve sustainable outcomes for their customers and communities. You will join our Water division who are a national provider of infrastructure and non-infrastructure water and wastewater services to UK water utility companies.

Our graduate programme lasts for two years, and you will have a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline. You will attend virtual and in-person events across the two years to enable you to develop and hone your business and leadership skills, in addition to your technical skills through working towards professional accreditation.

You will also join our wider population on activities such as our annual innovation challenge and volunteering and STEM engagement activities, and have access to a professional mentor to aid your technical development and a buddy who can help answering any questions you have when you are settling into your role.

In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have:

• Achieved, or on track to graduate in Summer 2025 with, a minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in a quantity surveying, commercial management or related discipline
• Available to start work in September 2025
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• The motivation and dedication to successfully complete your development programme
