Job Description:

This is an exciting time to join United Living on our Graduate Programme as the business continues to grow and we have a significant order book of secured future projects.

We are looking for a Graduate Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure Services business, which delivers critical resilient infrastructure that improves daily life by partnering with our clients to achieve sustainable outcomes for their customers and communities. You will join our Water division, a national provider of infrastructure and non-infrastructure water and wastewater services to UK water utility companies.

Our graduate programme lasts for two years, with a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline. You will attend virtual and in-person events across the two years to develop your business, leadership, and technical skills, pursuing professional accreditation.

You will also participate in activities such as our annual innovation challenge, volunteering, STEM engagement, and will have access to a professional mentor and a buddy to support your integration into the role.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Achieved, or be on track to graduate in Summer 2025, with a minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in a quantity surveying, commercial management, or related discipline.
  • Availability to start work in September 2025.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The motivation and dedication to successfully complete your development programme.
