Job Description:

This is an exciting time to join United Living on our Graduate Programme as the business continues to grow and we have a significant order book of secured future projects.

We are looking for a Graduate Commercial Manager to join our Infrastructure Services business, which delivers critical resilient infrastructure that improves daily life by partnering with our clients to achieve sustainable outcomes for their customers and communities. You will join our Water division, a national provider of water and wastewater services to UK water utility companies.

Our graduate programme lasts two years, with a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline. You will attend virtual and in-person events to develop your business, leadership, and technical skills, working towards professional accreditation.

You will also participate in activities such as our annual innovation challenge, volunteering, STEM engagement, and will have access to a professional mentor and a buddy for support during your role.

Qualifications

To succeed, you should have:

• A minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or related discipline, achieved or on track to graduate in Summer 2025
• Availability to start in September 2025
• Good organization and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation and dedication to complete the development programme
