  • Support Cost Managers in delivering services accurately and timely.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and managing tenders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluating and reporting tenders.
  • Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
  • Preparing and settling final accounts.
  • Managing construction contract administration.
  • Preparing reports for clients.
