Over two years, you’ll gain hands-on experience, structured learning, and the support of mentors who care about your growth. You’ll develop the technical and interpersonal skills to help you succeed and make a lasting impact.

Working as part of our Mechanical, Electrical, & Public Health (MEP) team, potentially working in defence, data centres, external markets and commercial sectors, we are now looking for enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our 2026 development programme and help us shape the future with purpose and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Help minimise the costs of a project to ensure profitability and risk mitigation
  • Build relationships and negotiate with trade contractors and client representatives
  • Support the preparation and completion of site measurement and records, day work sheets, labour and plant returns
  • Procure trade contract packages, including completing detailed tender analysis and preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Assist with the procurement of sub-contract packages
  • Work within the projects commercial team and have responsibility in measuring and quantifying works for cost plan validation, completing interim and final account valuations
  • Prepare contractual documents including preparing scopes and sub-contract warranties
  • Other commercial tasks depending on project needs

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Studying towards (in your final year) or having completed a Quantity Surveying degree accredited by the RICS. We will consider applications from other commercially focused or construction qualification backgrounds.
  • Have excellent communications skills and attention to detail
  • Values driven and passionate about sustainability
  • Commercially minded
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing new ways of thinking
  • This role requires a driving licence due to project accessibility

What we offer:

  • You will join a community of 100+ graduates and apprentices, with opportunities to build networks and collaborate across the business
  • Support and guidance from experienced leaders and teams, plus development pathways to help you achieve professional accreditation — we cover membership expenses for the professional body of your choice
  • Regular professional and social events
  • Opportunities to volunteer at least one day per year
  • Access to our employee networks including Women’s, Ability, Pride, O.N.E (Origins Nationality Ethnicity), Military, and Mental Health & Wellbeing
  • My Rewards discounts and cycle to work scheme to support a healthy work–life balance where possible
  • You would be joining a mental-health-aware organisation and will have access to wellbeing support through our employee assistance programme, mental health ambassador network and wellbeing conversations

Programme start date: September 2026 - Join our team of 27,000 problem solvers and creative thinkers, where knowledge is our greatest creation. We share, listen and support your success – every step of the way.

If you are shortlisted and invited to an assessment day, it will be held at our London office (51 Moorgate, London EC2R 6BH) on Friday 12th or Friday 19th December 2025.
