Graduate Quantity Surveyor

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor within our Engineering business, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience from day one. Working alongside experienced commercial and M&E professionals, you’ll support the delivery of live construction projects across a diverse range of sectors. Tilbury Douglas Engineering is recognised as one of the UK’s leading mechanical, electrical and plumbing (M&E) engineering contractors, delivering solutions that enable complex estates and facilities to operate safely, efficiently and sustainably.
You’ll develop your technical, commercial and professional skills while gaining first-hand experience of the quantity surveying role – from managing costs and supporting procurement to working with project teams and supply chain partners. Along the way, you’ll play a part in delivering important buildings and facilities that provide lasting value to the communities they serve.
You’ll support cost management and commercial decision-making, helping projects stay on programme and budget while building the experience you need for a successful career in quantity surveying.
This is a site-based role, with your initial project expected to be based in the Warrington area. As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to gain experience across a variety of projects, clients and locations within the wider North West region, helping you build broad commercial experience and a strong foundation for your career in quantity surveying.
