• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.
• Based within commuting distance of Petersfield.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Supporting the preparation of cost plans, valuations and financial reports.
• Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management.
• Preparing take-offs from drawings and project documentation.
• Supporting the management of project costs, variations and change control.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Attending site visits to monitor project progress and support commercial delivery.
• Working alongside senior Quantity Surveyors while developing technical and commercial knowledge.
